Job Scope:

The CAD Technician designs concepts into detailed, accurate digital drawings and 3D models that align structural, architectural, and brand requirements to guide efficient fabrication and on-site installation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementation and maintenance of drawing office standards
• Production of Engineering drawings
• Carry out detailing of engineering work related to the area of academic qualification including production of construction schedules.
• Customization of CAD software and standardization for drawings plotting.
• Carry out construction site supervision and management of project issues including reporting.
• Coordinate the activities of the construction teams to ensure quality of work and timely delivery of projects.
• Assist in drawing registration and estimating drawing requirements in bid preparation and design planning.
• Undertake the checking of drawings and other deliverables prior to issue.
• Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Building and construction/ Construction Management or relevant field.
• Possess expertise with relevant softwares; Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD
• At least 3 years’ experience in area of specialization.
