Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field. A strong knowledge of networking products (routers, switches, internet solutions, or ICT products) is mandatory. Proven experience in call center sales, telesales, or customer service roles is an added advantage. Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills are essential. The ability to explain technical concepts in simple and customer-friendly language is required. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.
