JOB DETAILS:

Education: Basic security course. A certificate or diploma in a Business-related field or Social Sciences will be an added advantage.

Experience: At least 1 year experience in security field.

Skills & Attributes: Proficiency in IT, Interpersonal skills, Good analytical and communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and monitor live CCTV surveillance systems to detect and prevent security threats in an effective and efficient manner.
• Ensure all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures and data protection regulations.
• Maintain CCTV recordings of daily activities, and incident reports.
• Control access to all visitors to the control room in order to maintain high-security and confidentiality of the CCTV operation.
• Operate all emergency communications equipment to include UHF/VHF/HF/GSM radios, Cell phones, landlines and vehicle tracking system.
• Coordinate response to to all emergency situations in liaison with relevant authorities/ institutions i.e fire alarms, medical alerts/requests, suspected or detected crimes and other related situations during emergencies
• Report faulty CCTV cameras, security equipment as per the established site procedures immediately.
