CCTV Controllers

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security breaches or suspicious activities.
• Report incidents promptly and accurately to the relevant authorities and supervisors.
• Maintain logs and records of all surveillance activities and incidents.
• Coordinate with security personnel on the ground during emergencies.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report faults immediately.
• Follow company protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in Security Management, Criminology, IT, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a CCTV control room or similar role.
• Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and security software.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.
• Good communication and report writing skills.
