M.P. Shah Hospital is a leading healthcare institution in Nairobi, Kenya, committed to providing exceptional patient care and services. As part of our continuous effort to enhance our client relations and patient experience, we are seeking to hire two Client Relations Officers.
Responsibilities
The Client Relations Officer will be responsible for managing and improving the hospital's relationship with its clients, including patients, their families, and referring physicians. Key duties include addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, gathering feedback, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout their interaction with the hospital.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. A background in healthcare administration, public relations, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the healthcare sector, is advantageous.
