Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Clerk to manage land and entity operations, review legal documents, handle client guarantees and payments, maintain both original and digital files, and serve as the primary liaison for clients while ensuring timely compliance reminders.
Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:
- Diploma in Legal Studies or Paralegal Studies from a reputable institution in Kenya.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a busy law firm as a commercial clerk.
- CPS certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
