Job Summary:

Hallmark Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Associate to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities 

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Use CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline.
• Provide after-sales support and follow-up.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years experience in car sales or a related industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing the sales pipeline.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
