Responsibilities or duties

  • Open claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and Medical/CARE.
  • Request and follow up on police reports and medical records.
  • Schedule medical appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
  • Verify balances with medical providers.
  • Prepare case files for submission to demand writers.

Qualifications or requirements 

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Case Manager, Case Manager Assistant, or Legal Assistant within Personal Injury (PI). (Please avoid Intake Specialist backgrounds.)
  • Advanced English level (B2+, C1), accent-free.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress (preferably in the legal or medical industry).
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
  • Experience with Litify or Salesforce is a strong plus.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
