Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.
• Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served to a consistently high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, storage, and portion control.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with service staff and other kitchen team members.
• Assist with stock management and minimise food wastage.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Relevant culinary training or previous professional kitchen experience.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and good teamwork skills.
