Job Purpose
Our client seeks a highly capable, commercially minded Chief of Staff & Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive, strategic, and operational support to the CEO—coordinating priorities, following up on strategic initiatives, and ensuring decisions are effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's diary, meetings, correspondence, and priorities.
- Prepare briefing notes, reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Follow up on assignments and track implementation.
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders and senior management.
- Support business development and corporate strategy execution.
- Conduct research and analysis for business decisions.
- Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and track action points.
- Manage key relationships with investors and partners.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on business affairs.
Ideal Candidate
A highly intelligent, articulate, and commercially astute individual with the maturity to work directly with a CEO and senior stakeholders—more than an administrative assistant, able to think ahead, analyze, and drive execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years' experience in business/management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, executive/CEO's office, or communications.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong report-writing skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project-management skills.
- High discretion, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.
