Role Description:

- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, diplomacy, and the ability to build trust with on-site staff and management.
- Capacity to work on busy construction sites, including attention to safety protocols, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple translation tasks, keep records of meetings, and meet project timelines.
- Comfort using basic office and communication tools (e.g., email, shared documents, messaging apps) to support coordination and reporting.
- Relevant training or education in languages, translation, interpreting, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience working in Kenya or in multicultural project teams is beneficial.
