NF Talent Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for one (1) Civil Engineer position. The successful candidate will be responsible for civil engineering projects, with a background in project or building space–real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects.
• Ensure projects are executed in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial performance.
• Oversee contractor performance, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and safety requirements.
• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Prepare and submit project reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must be a FULLY REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER with the ENGINEERS BOARD OF KENYA (EBK).
• Valid EBK Practising License will be an added advantage.
• Must have 5 years of experience and with the background of project or building Space–Real estates.
• Relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
• Strong technical, analytical and communication skills.
