Role:

Advise on HR policy formulation, talent management, performance evaluation systems, staff remuneration benchmarks, and ensuring best practices in organizational development.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, or a related field. A higher diploma in HR or membership with IHRM is required.

At least 10 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably within the non-profit sector.

Expertise in Kenyan labour laws, HR systems, and change management.

General Requirements for All Positions:

A strong commitment to the mission, vision, and core values of AMWIK.

Experience in working or consulting in the media space

Member of a professional body in the relevant area of expertise

High ethical standards and integrity.

Ability to think strategically and provide independent, objective advice.

Previous board experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

The position is non-remunerated, but reasonable expenses incurred on AMWIK business will be reimbursed.
