Background

Amazon Fronts Ltd is a Fintech Company based in Nairobi, Kenya. We are seeking to hire a Collections Department Manager to lead and optimize our collections team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & optimize the collections team
• Develop recovery strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Drive performance & incentive programs
• Actively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with senior management to address critical risks and challenges.
• Manage and optimize budget allocation for team activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Finance, or Economics
• 5+ years in collections with 2+ years in management
• Proven track record in achieving targets
• Strong leadership & financial analysis skills
• Expertise in budgeting & incentive programs
• Experience in Fin Tech or Banking industry
• Familiarity with Kenyan financial regulations

Level of Education: bachelor degree
