Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in communication, Public relations, journalism, marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in digital marketing, social media management, or public relations (e.g. Cim, cdmp, google digital marketing, meta certifications).
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and basic graphic/video editing tools.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in communications, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Prior experience in a busy Healthcare facility, medical institution, ngo, or related service-oriented sector is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing brand communication, digital campaigns, and online communities in a regulated environment.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication and social media Strategies aligned with the hospitals brand and objectives.
  • Manage and grow the hospitalss presence across social media platforms (facebook, instagram, x, linkedin, youtube, tiktok where applicable).
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content including health education materials, service promotions, patient stories, and institutional updates.
  • Drive traffic to the hospital website and digital platforms through targeted campaigns and content optimization.
  • Engage with patients and the Community by responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Promote the hospitals culture, achievements, events, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
