Role Context

We are seeking a passionate and driven Community Manager to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing our vibrant community of users, partners, and stakeholders. You will be the voice of Triggerise, fostering engagement, facilitating connections, and ensuring our community members feel supported and valued.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a strong and active user base.
  • Create and curate engaging content for our community platforms (social media, forums, newsletters, etc.).
  • Monitor community channels, respond to inquiries, and facilitate discussions.
  • Identify and engage with community influencers and advocates.
  • Organize and host community events, webinars, and online activities.
  • Gather community feedback and insights to inform product development and strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Track and report on key community metrics and performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Ability to create engaging and relevant content.
  • Experience in organizing events and fostering online communities.
  • Passion for social impact and empowering individuals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in community management or a related field.
