Responsibilities
- Process and manage compensation for multiple clients with accuracy and speed.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Handle deductions, levies, and related calculations.
- Support clients with system navigation and compensation-related questions.
- Prepare quarterly and year‑end reports.
- Deliver professional, timely, and high‑quality customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in compensation, payroll taxes, or similar roles (mandatory).
- Advanced or strong English level.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
- A related degree or certification is a strong plus (Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, etc.).
