Responsibilities

  • Process and manage compensation for multiple clients with accuracy and speed.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Handle deductions, levies, and related calculations.
  • Support clients with system navigation and compensation-related questions.
  • Prepare quarterly and year‑end reports.
  • Deliver professional, timely, and high‑quality customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in compensation, payroll taxes, or similar roles (mandatory).
  • Advanced or strong English level.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • A related degree or certification is a strong plus (Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, etc.).
