Job Purpose
Draft simple contracts based on the approvals issued by the Accounting Officer or Head of Procurement for works and services within the Financial Year (F/Y) and follow up on delivery of various goods, works and services whose service contracts have been executed within the period.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Draft simple contracts for goods, works and services and pass them for review / execution within the F/Y.
- Distribute and track draft contracts forwarded to stakeholders for review and ensure they are distributed within the agreed timelines to users/providers within the period.
- Maintain contractual records and documentation within the F/Y.
- Ensure that signed contracts are forwarded to stakeholders for implementation within the specified period.
- Ensure contract for goods, works and services are subjected to close-out, extensions, or renewal within the set timelines within the Financial Year.
- Ensure contracts for goods, works and services crafted and forwarded for execution follow provisions of PPAD Act, 2015 and other regulations within the financial year.
- Participate in Training and Development initiatives within the F/Y.
- Participation in Bank’s Social and Cooperate Responsibility (CSR) Activities within the F/Y.
- Involvement in crafting and setting of performance target of the key responsibilities for self within the F/Y.
- Management of personal leave within the F/Y.
- Any other assigned roles and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in law, Supply Chain Management or in any business-related field
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
Work Experience
Five (5) years’ post qualification experience in Supply Chain Management or contract and/or Service Level Agreement (SLA) related assignments.

- Moderate negotiation skills.
