Our client in the service industry is seeking to recruit a creative, energetic, and highly engaging Content Creator & Social Media Assistant to support the company's digital marketing and brand visibility initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be confident on camera, comfortable going live on social media platforms, and capable of creating engaging content that attracts, educates, and converts audiences. We are looking for someone with a vibrant personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to light up a room and connect naturally with people.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and creative content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish videos, reels, and short-form content.
- Develop content ideas aligned with business objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Create content that increases engagement, followers, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Host and participate in TikTok Live, Instagram Live, and other online engagement sessions.
- Confidently present company products, services, promotions, and events.
- Interact with followers, answer questions, and build online communities.
- Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically.
- Assist in managing the company's social media pages.
- Schedule and publish content across various platforms.
- Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and audience feedback.
- Support the implementation of social media campaigns.
- Edit videos for social media platforms.
- Create simple graphics, posters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure content aligns with brand standards and messaging.
- Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Support marketing and promotional activities.
- Research social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.
- Track content performance and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video content.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting live sessions.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, or similar tools.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement techniques.
