As a Continuous Improvement Technician, you will be at the heart of our production operations, supporting
lean initiatives and process enhancements that improve quality, safety, and efficiency.

Identify and implement process improvements across assembly, machining, and logistics areas. Support Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning. Collect and analyze production data to uncover bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to drive sustainable improvements. Train operators and team leaders on new procedures and lean tools. Document changes and ensure compliance
Strong analytical skills and hands-on problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with automotive quality systems and standards is a plus.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience in manufacturing or high-volume production environment. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, 65, and continuous improvement tools.
