Job Description
- Prepare food
- Clean works station
- Developing menus and item pricing
- Identifying new culinary techniques and presentations
- Present food and serve.
- Ensure maximum care is being taken in use of dangerous machinery and equipment.
For appointment to this grade, a person must possess the following qualifications:
- A Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade of D+ (plus) or its approved equivalent;
- Certificate in Food Production from a recognized institution.
- Three (3) years work experience
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: high school
