Country Manager - Kenya
This is a leadership role for a global veterinary pharmaceuticals company. You're expected to drive strategy, commercial growth, compliance, and team performance in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial, distribution, and market share growth.
- Ensure full regulatory and compliance standards (GMP/GDP).
- Manage operations, supply chain, and inventory.
- Uphold governance, risk controls, and ethics.
- Build and lead high-performing team.
Requirements
- Degree in relevant field; MBA preferred.
- 8-12+ years in animal health/veterinary pharmaceuticals.
- Country leadership experience with full P&L ownership.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan regulatory and distributor landscape.
- Proven risk control and compliance background.
- Strategic, hands-on, high-integrity leader.
