Key Responsibilities:

• Design compelling marketing materials for digital and print platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging social media content and campaigns.
• Manage Birdview's online communities and social media platforms.
• Design high-converting creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Support branding, marketing, and communication initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and digital content.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Graphic Design and Digital Marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other creative design tools.
• Experience designing social media content, flyers, posters, banners, brochures, and digital advertisements.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, social media marketing, and community management.
• Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills are an added advantage.
• Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of branding and visual communication.
