Customer Care Officer
Key Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Front Office, Communication, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or front office.
Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with hospital/appointment systems.
Excellent multitasking, time management, and customer service skills.
Empathy-driven attitude, confidentiality awareness, and commitment to superior service delivery.
