Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care/Logistics Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service and logistics operations within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and providing timely responses.
- Support logistics coordination, including tracking shipments and updating records.
- Help maintain customer databases and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field.
