Customer Relations Officer

Requirements:
1. Has 2 year customer service experience in the business or manufacturing sector
2. Has either a Diploma or Degree in customer relations or Business management
3. Age 30 yrs and above

Roles
1. Manage general customer care relations and inquiries regarding our companies' products
2. Follow up with clients orders and communicating with the clients about dispatch and payments of their products
3. Collaborate with accounts and sales team on problems clients might have and, if necessary, give a formal notification
4. Planning, scheduling for all our company events including activations, conferences and team building events
