Qualifications or requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Experience working with CRM systems and structured customer service processes
• Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Professional experience handling international clients
• Mandatory: Certificate of Good Conduct and a clean CRB record.

Experience needed

3–5 years of customer service experience in BPO, banking, telecommunications, or call centre environments

Banking or financial services experience is an advantage
