Join our team as a Tire Support Specialist and become the go-to expert for customers, tire installers, and wholesale distributors. In this role, you’ll assist with inquiries related to specific tires or existing orders, ensuring a smooth and professional experience across multiple communication channels—phone, chat, and email. You’ll need to be adaptable, as you may transition between channels at any time.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from consumers, installers, and distributors.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues related to tires and orders.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and channel transitions.
