Customer Service Specialist at Sunda International

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries and providing accurate product information.
  • Working closely with the sales team in order processing and follow-up.
  • Maintaining proper documentation through the CRM system.
  • Report on customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in a business or any related field.
  • 2 years prior experience working as a customer service specialist in a busy set up.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work with different computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask with attention to details.
