Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Eldoret

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our SaaS, POS, or ERP systems.
  • Providing guidance and support to users on how to effectively use our products.
  • Documenting customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Gathering customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in IT or a related field.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, POS, ERP, or customer support is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
