• Cutting & Stitching Machine operators (2)

Machine operation: Set up, operate, and adjust cutting and stitching machines, including setting speed, tension, and stitch length based on material specifications. Cutting: Accurately cut materials like fabric, leather, or synthetics according to patterns, templates, or production orders using manual or automatic cutting machines. Stitching: Sew materials together to create garments or other products, ensuring seams are strong, even, and clean. This can include operating specialized machines like overlock or buttonhole machines. Quality control: Inspect finished products for defects and report any inconsistencies to a supervisor. Maintenance and troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues to keep them running efficiently. Safety and compliance: Adhere to all safety and quality standards throughout the production process.

Proficiency in operating various types of cutting and stitching machines. Understanding of different materials and how they behave. Ability to read and interpret patterns, templates, and design specifications. Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for machine maintenance.
