Role Overview:
The Data Scientist – Assistant Manager will support the development and deployment of data science and advanced analytics solutions that drive business insights and decisions. The successful candidate will work with large, structured and unstructured datasets to build predictive models, perform statistical analysis and deliver actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean and prepare datasets from multiple sources for model development
• Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms and statistical analyses aligned to business objectives
• Work with stakeholders to understand business problems, translate them into analytical solutions and deliver insights
• Validate model performance, monitor production models and calibrate as required
• Create dashboards, visualisations and reports to communicate findings to business users
• Stay abreast of industry trends in data science, AI and analytics best practices
