The Role

Zeno is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Delivery & Onboarding Associate to lead the handover, onboarding, and early-stage training of new riders joining the Zeno ecosystem. You will deliver clear, practical, and engaging training sessions that help new customers get fully onboarded within just a few hours of receiving their bike. The ideal candidate is passionate about motorcycles and the boda industry, thrives in the field, and combines a hands-on technical mindset with strong communication and process discipline. They take pride in helping customers transition smoothly into electric mobility and become confident, capable Zeno customer from day one.

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new riders through the onboarding process — from registration and orientation to vehicle delivery and practical training.
  • Instruction & Training: Demonstrate clearly how to operate the Emara motorcycle, swap batteries, use key features, and follow best practices for safety and performance.
  • Efficient Handover: Conduct quick, structured onboarding sessions that allow customers to confidently start riding within a few hours.
  • Delivery Management: Coordinate and execute bike deliveries, ensuring documentation, inspections, and rider readiness are completed accurately.
  • Process Adherence: Follow and refine onboarding and delivery SOPs to ensure consistency, speed, and a high-quality customer experience.
  • Customer Support: Provide early-stage technical and operational support during riders’ first days of use.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Gather insights from new customers to continuously improve training materials and onboarding effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Service, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Community Building: Represent Zeno’s mission and culture with enthusiasm, helping create trusted relationships within the boda rider community.

What You Bring.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, training, or field operations in the motorcycle, EV, or mobility sector.
  • Strong passion for motorcycles and deep understanding of the boda rider community.
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills — able to explain technical topics in simple, engaging language.
  • Proven ability to conduct structured training sessions and onboard multiple customers efficiently within tight timelines.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong follow-through on documentation and procedures.
  • Hands-on comfort with motorcycles, safety checks, and battery swapping operations.
  • Friendly, approachable, and empathetic personality with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to connect effectively with diverse rider groups.
