Responsibilities or duties

Interpreting patient prescriptions;

Planning and processing complete and partial dentures;

Constructing removable Hawley appliances and habit breakers;

Making acrylic crowns and bridges;

Preparing lists of dental materials and equipment required for dental laboratory use for onward transmission to his/her supervisor;

Participating in oral/dental health promotion.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Diploma in Dental Technology or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

Certificate of registration from the Kenya Dental Technologists Association;

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
