Deputy Head of Pre-Prep School

About the Role
• Durham International School Kenya is looking to appoint an outstanding Deputy Head of Pre-Prep to join a well-established, supportive team in a highly successful and expanding school.
• The Deputy Head will have extensive experience in a primary school setting and have experience leading and improving teaching and learning with school-wide impact. The
• position is ideally suited to a dynamic, creative and positive individual who has a desire to be at the forefront of pedagogy in this successful, fast-paced school.
• The Deputy Head will lead and inspire our teachers and our students to outstanding achievements.
• He or she will work closely with the leadership team and other senior staff to embed a culture of high achievement for all aspects of learning and development.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with parents is essential.

• You will have a positive mindset and will always do your very best for students, for parents and for colleagues. You will have strong experience of the UK national curriculum; further experience of international education will be an added advantage.
