Development Programme, Internship - Governance

(Focus: Board support, corporate governance, policy frameworks, and stakeholder reporting)

Board & Committee Support:

Assist in preparing board packs, agendas, and meeting materials for board and committee meetings, taking and distributing minutes.

Policy Framework Development:

Support the drafting, review, and implementation of corporate governance policies, charters, and codes of ethics.

Compliance with Governance Codes:

Research and ensure alignment with applicable corporate governance codes, best practices, and regulatory expectations.

Stakeholder Reporting:

Assist in preparing governance-related reports for shareholders, regulators, and other stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Entity Management:

Maintain statutory registers and records for the organization and its subsidiaries, including director details, shareholding, and filings.

Governance Training:

Help develop governance awareness materials and training sessions for board members, management, and staff.

Risk Oversight Support:

Support the risk and audit committees by compiling risk registers and tracking the implementation of internal audit recommendations.
