Job Description
Digital Marketing Lead
A fast-growing, consumer-focused brand is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join its team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media, paid advertising (especially Google Ads and Meta), and influencer marketing.
This role requires someone who can think strategically while also executing hands-on day-to-day digital tasks, manage budgets effectively, and analyze campaign performance to deliver results.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Fully manage all social media platforms (including content calendar, scheduling, and both organic and paid posts)
- Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand partners
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for digital content creation
- Liaise with external vendors as needed
- Monitor and analyze digital performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Oversee all internal marketing communications
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Total of at least 6 years of marketing experience
- Strong understanding of PPC, social media, and influencer campaigns
