Our client in the real estate sector is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead online campaigns, manage social media presence, and drive property sales through strategic digital marketing.

Strategy and Execution: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies and campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Content and Website: Oversee content creation, manage social media accounts, and optimize the company website for user experience and conversions. Budget and Performance: Allocate and manage advertising budgets, monitor campaign performance, and analyze metrics to track ROI and KPIs. Analysis and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track website traffic, campaign results, and consumer behavior, and present findings in reports. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other teams like design, content, and sales to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads). Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is often a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign success. Data-driven thinking to make informed decisions. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders. Creativity and innovation for developing engaging campaigns. Strong project management and leadership abilities. Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing (real estate experience an added advantage) Skilled in social media ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and content creation. Strong analytical and communication skills.
