Job Summary

Be responsible for the commissioning and testing of Data Center Facility (DCF include UPS&AC etc.), Photovoltaic (Inverter) and Energy storage projects, resolution of after-sales issues, and maintenance of customer relationships. Ensure project service quality and customer satisfaction, and drive the optimization and value-added of service business.

Minimum Requirements

1. Educational Background

Bachelor`s degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Power Electronics, Energy Storage Science and Engineering, Power System and Automation, or other related majors.

2. Work Experience

More than 1 year of relevant work experience in the PV, Energy storage industry or Data Center field. Familiar with the core principles and application scenarios of UPS, Inverters, and Energy storage systems (including PCS, BMS, and battery clusters).

3. Skill Requirements

• Possess a solid professional technical foundation in DCF, PV and Energy storage, and be able to independently communicate with customers and provide professional service suggestions.
• Familiar with the installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance processes of UPS, inverter and Energy storage battery projects, and capable of quickly identifying technical problems during delivery.
• Have strong communication and expression skills, as well as customer relationship maintenance capabilities.
• Familiar with relevant standards in the Data center, PV and Energy storage industries, and understand the latest industry technological trends and service models.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

4. Quality Requirements

• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, service awareness and team cooperation ability.
• Have strong problem-solving and emergency response capabilities to address service challenges in complex projects.
• Be rigorous and meticulous in work, with good logical thinking ability.
• Be willing to travel on business according to project requirements.

2. Have an understanding of local power regulations and relevant requirements.
