Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the organization's online presence across websites, social media platforms, and digital directories.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Monitor and improve website performance, user experience, and search engine visibility (SEO).
  • Develop internal and external communication strategies.
  • Draft and review press releases, newsletters, reports, speeches, and corporate communications.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and public relations activities.
  • Respond to media inquiries and coordinate crisis communication when necessary.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Identify target audiences and create strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with sales and business development teams.
  • Create and oversee the production of engaging content including articles, blogs, graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Develop content calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Ensure all content aligns with organizational goals and brand guidelines.
  • Manage social media accounts and online communities.
  • Develop social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
  • Strengthen and protect the organization's brand image.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Develop branding materials and promotional collateral.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and communication activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management.
  • Build relationships with clients, partners, media houses, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Support customer engagement and reputation management initiatives.

Qualifications

BA/BSc/HND
