We are looking for a digitally native operator who understands how attention works and how to convert it into engagement, leads, and brand authority.
What This Role Is About
You will manage and grow KPDA's digital presence as a commercial and influence engine, supporting:
- Event marketing and delegate conversion
- Membership visibility and acquisition
- Brand positioning and thought leadership
You will be expected to create, test, learn, and optimize.
What You Will Deliver
- Plan and execute social media content (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email campaigns)
- Translate events and programs into high-converting digital campaigns
- Track and improve engagement leads conversions
- Support digital storytelling (industry insights, events, policy themes)
- Manage content calendars and posting discipline
- Analyse performance and recommend improvements (what worked, what didn't)
Who We Are Looking For
You are:
- Deeply comfortable with social media, content, and digital tools
- Obsessed with what gets attention and why
- Able to turn ideas into clean, sharp content quickly
- Analytical you don't just post, you measure
- Proactive and self-driven
Bonus if you:
- Can design (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Understand copywriting and storytelling
- Have run pages, campaigns, or content platforms before
