DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING
Salary: KES 180,000
Location: Thika Road
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
- 5-8 years' experience in hotel sales and marketing, with management experience.
- Strong experience in corporate sales, conferences/events, account management and revenue growth.
- Proven ability to lead sales and marketing teams and develop commercial strategies.
- Strong skills in negotiation, networking, forecasting and revenue management.
- Experience in a conference-heavy/full-service hotel is highly preferred.
