To implement the company’s sales and distribution plan in assigned routes by fulfilling sales volume targets through efficient and effective resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure operational efficiency and route adherence.
• Ensure availability of full product range.
• List new products and ensure product visibility.
• Maintain quality and rotation (FIFO).
• Collect and share market intelligence.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Manage cashless transactions.
• Maintain company vehicle/motorcycle.
• Other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Sales and Marketing or related field.
• KCSE mean grade D+ and above (with D+ in Math & English).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Minimum 2 years FMCG experience.
• Valid driving license class C and motorcycle license class A.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• High integrity and teamwork.
• Numeracy and organization skills.
