Documentation/ Customer Service assistant- Clearing and Forwarding Industry

Our client is local branch of leading clearing & forwarding organization operating around the world. They have retained our services to support hiring process for the position of Documentation/ customer service assistant to be based at their Nairobi Offfice. In this position the incumbent will be responsible to offer end to end documentation for shipping via both sea and land transport. This will include creation of cargo manifest, bill of lading, creation of export manifest, submission of documents to KRA and clients, printing and delivery of EDI’s and issuing delivery orders to clients, timely processing of service charges, and ensuring an effeicient tracking process for all documentation under responsibility.
We invite applications from candidates who have a minimum of diploma in clearing and forwarding/ supply chain management/ maritime studies or related field coupled with 3 years experience in documentation management in a clearing and forwarding/ supply chain environment. 

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
