Role Overview & Scope

The Driver will handle official hospital transport, provide patient transport support (including ambulance or medical emergency transit), and ensure vehicle routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Transport staff, patients, and medical supplies safely to designated locations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Inspect engine oil, fuel, tires, and cleanliness daily; schedule timely service checks.
• Logbook Management: Maintain detailed vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and trip records.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: KCSE Certificate.
• Licensing: Valid Kenyan Driving License (Classes BCE) with endorsement for PSV / Ambulance where applicable.
• Clearance & Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of accident-free driving experience and a valid Certificate of Good Conduct. First Aid certification is an added advantage.
