Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible, professional, and safety-conscious Driver to provide reliable transportation for staff, clients, equipment, and other authorized passengers or materials. The successful candidate will ensure safe, timely, and efficient transportation while maintaining the assigned vehicle in good condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive authorized passengers and deliver items safely to designated destinations.
  • Observe all road-traffic laws and organizational driving policies.
  • Conduct routine checks of the vehicle before and after journeys.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle.
  • Keep accurate records of journeys, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Report mechanical faults, accidents, or other vehicle issues promptly.
  • Ensure the vehicle is serviced and maintained according to schedule.
  • Plan routes and manage travel time efficiently.
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage, equipment, or other materials when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when transporting staff or clients.
  • Ensure all vehicle documents, insurance, inspection, and licence requirements are valid.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to passengers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
  • Previous professional driving experience is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
  • Basic vehicle maintenance and mechanical knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Clean driving record and strong commitment to road safety.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, disciplined, and professional.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required.
