Role Summary:

You will be responsible for ensuring safe, timely and accurate delivery of alcoholic beverages and related products to our customers and branches while representing Liquor Square with professionalism, integrity and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer orders (retail & online).
• Pick and dispatch orders from shops/warehouse to customers and other branches.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel.
• Verify customer age (ID check) where required for alcohol compliance.
• Maintain vehicle/motorbike in good condition and report any issues.
• Maintain delivery logs, mileage and fuel records and submit reports as required.
• Adhere to road safety regulations and company procedures.
• Assist with loading/offloading stock and maintain cleanliness.

Requirements:

• KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Driver or Delivery Rider in retail, FMCG, courier or distribution.
• Valid Driving Licence (Class B, C & E).
• Valid Motorcycle Licence (Class A).
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
• Clean driving record with no serious traffic offences.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi and surrounding areas.
• Strong time management and navigation skills.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Basic vehicle/motorcycle maintenance knowledge.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading and offloading duties.
