Coordinate Studio activities, ensuring country teams are welcomed, oriented, and connected to appropriate ITSOE products, advisory services, and subject matter experts.

Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, co-design sessions, and engagement activities involving country teams, OPCS, and ITSOE specialists.

Capture and qualify operational needs, technology challenges, and business opportunities and connect stakeholders to the appropriate product, service, or advisory pathway.

Lead outreach, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities to expand awareness, participation, and adoption of the Regional Operations Studio.

Build and maintain relationships with country teams, Regional teams, Global Practices, OPCS, and other stakeholders to strengthen regional engagement and utilization of ITSOE services.

Monitor engagement outcomes and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the Studio experience and operational impact.

Act as a regional engagement and promotion focal point for the ITSCE Geospatial Solutions portfolio, working closely with product owners and geospatial specialists to identify and advance opportunities with country teams, Regional teams, and Global Practices.

Promote awareness and adoption of geospatial products, services, and advisory capabilities through demonstrations, clinics, roadshows, and targeted outreach activities.

Identify operational challenges that may benefit from geospatial approaches and connect stakeholders with the appropriate product owners, advisors, and technical specialists.

Support the development of presentations, communication materials, demonstrations, and map-based narratives that showcase how geospatial insights can strengthen project design, implementation, monitoring, and decision-making.

Selection Criteria

Master’s degree with 5 years of experience or a Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technology and geospatial concepts into practical operational value propositions and support adoption of products, services, and advisory offerings.

Strong understanding of how technology, AI, data, and geospatial solutions can support operational teams and improve business outcomes. The role is not a deep technical-specialist position but requires sufficient technology awareness to understand stakeholder needs, discuss solution options credibly, identify opportunities, and connect teams with appropriate products and specialists.

Basic familiarity with geospatial technologies and concepts, including maps, location-based data, geospatial analysis, and the operational application of spatial information.

Familiarity with digital twins and their potential role in planning, infrastructure management, urban development, asset management, project monitoring, and operational decision-making is highly desirable.
