A leading intimate apparel retail brand in Kenya is looking for an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage and optimize our Shopify E-commerce platform, execute SEO & SEM strategies, and deliver compelling design solutions that elevate our brand and drive measurable online performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Shopify E-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions & inventory.
• Oversee SEO (on-page, off-page & technical) to improve organic visibility and rankings.
• Plan, execute & optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions.
• Design high-quality graphics for web, email, social media and digital advertising.
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs and provide performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is a must).
• Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, technical, off-page) & SEM (Google Ads, Shopping Ads).
• Excellent graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools).
• Experience in digital marketing & social media.
• Strong analytical, organizational & communication skills.
• Creative & proactive mindset.
