Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Guide and coordinate a team of engineers, ensuring consistent output quality, clear task ownership, and steady delivery progress
  • Review and validate engineering problems and solutions, ensuring technical accuracy, realism, and appropriate complexity
  • Define and maintain standards for simulation-based problem design, including documentation and expected level of rigor
  • Act as the primary liaison with research and program stakeholders, incorporating feedback into ongoing improvements
  • Design and contribute your own advanced electrical engineering challenges, setting the benchmark for the team
  • Support and maintain reproducible simulation environments using containerization tools
  • Oversee Python-based scripts used for validation, automation, and evaluation workflows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dependencies, environment setup, and version control
  • Assist in running simulation workloads in cloud environments and ensuring stability of execution pipelines
  • Monitor progress, identify risks early, and ensure blockers are addressed efficiently

Domain Expertise (at Least One Required)

  • Analog / Mixed-Signal Design — amplifier design, data converters, noise considerations, circuit simulation
  • Power Electronics — converter design, efficiency optimization, thermal constraints
  • RF / Microwave — signal propagation, impedance matching, RF system design
  • Digital Systems / FPGA / ASIC — RTL design, timing considerations, hardware/software interaction
  • Embedded Systems — real-time systems, microcontrollers, peripheral integration

Requirements

  • Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of practical experience delivering electrical designs from concept through validation
  • Previous experience in a senior or lead role involving coordination or mentorship
